Abstract
固体高分子形燃料電池(PEFC)の本格的普及を促進するため高耐酸化性エンジニアリングプラスチックスにスルホン酸基の脱離抑制に効果的なアルキレンスルホン酸基を導入した新規炭化水素系電解質膜(HSAM)を合成した。アルキレンスルホン酸基の10%減少を寿命と仮定すると、80℃の純水及び1mol/lの硫酸水溶液におけるHSAM膜の推定寿命は40,000時間以上である。HSAM膜を組み込んだ単電池セルの出力電圧は電流密度250mA/cm^2、70℃において750mVを有し2,000時以上安定的に連続運転でき、電解質膜として有望である。
In order to suppress the sulfonic group of the aromatic hydrocarbon polymer electrolyte membrane, new aromatic hydrocarbon polymer electrolyte membrane (HSAM) in which alkylene sulfonic acid units were introduced into high oxidation resistant engineering plastics was synthesized. Supposing that time when the ion conduction addition units decreased by 10% is life, the presumption life of the HSAM membrane satisfied 50,000-100,000 hours. The conditions manufacturing of membrane/electrode assembly (MEA) was examined, and the output voltage of single fuel cell which built in MEA produced using HSAMs, was 750mV at 70℃, 250mA/cm^2. The single fuel cell, which installed the HSAM membrane, generated electricity 2000 hours or more stably.
