フィリピン海プレート東縁の熱水噴出域より得られたユノハナガニ科の新種 A New Species of the Family Bythograeidae (Crustacea, Decapoda, Brachyura) from the Hydrothermal Vents along Volcanic Front of the Philippine Sea Plate
A new bythograeid crab named Austinograea yunohana is described on the specimens from some hydrothermal vents along volcanic front of the eastern edge of the Philippine Sea Plate, off central Japan, as the ninth of the family Bythograeidae Williams, 1980,and the third of the genus Austinograea Hessler et Martin, 1989. The new species is most closely related to A. alayseae Guinot from the South Pacific, but remarkably different in having the filiform second male pleopod nearly as long as the first.
