In the history of architecture, whenever new technology emergy, it is quite common to solve architecture planning and adopt new technology simultaneously. It is, however, hard to find the solution between two different fields and misunderstanding between two fields usually occurred. It is well known that the needs of housing could be affected from social and cultural changes and progressed in this various influential factors. There are so many solutions to face this influential factors ; however this dissertation focused on only one technology, smart technology and is pursue the position and the meaning of smart technology in housing type in architectural history.
