As a Case Study of design organization management, we would like to report having designed it ; we designed system operation side by use of Cognitive Work Analysis. Firstly, the systems data of work process were collected by use of questionnaire, interview, and observation. Secondly, these data were analyzed Work Domain, Control Task, Strategy, and Worker Competence. As a result, several factors of system data were efficiently classified by Cognitive Work Analysis framework. Moreover, Strategy management were designed by use of the organization data that involves architecture, routine, Culture.
