アジアへの日本的経営の移転可能性について Possibility of Intel-nationalization of Japanese Style of Management to Asia : Research Review

Abstract

1970年代の後半から1980年代にかけて日系企業の海外進出に関する議論が盛んになった。なかでも日系企業の国際化に伴う日本的経営の海外移転問題が大きな課題となった。アジアを中心とした移転可能性について行われた実態調査により如何に語られてきたか既存研究を中心にサーベイを行った。既存研究の持つ限界および更なる研究の必要性について議論している。
