The note that tries to reveal the concept of crime of borrow-and-deposit in the Commercial Code and crime of untrue entry in original of officially authenticated instrument in the Criminal Code, committed against the principle of maintaining capital and in the form of borrow-and-deposit or show money as evasion of law, in reference to its force in civil law and by means of quoting related cases in the Supreme Court.
