抄録

Stress patterns of the binary disks packed into the vessel with a high aspect ratio were measured by using photoelasticity. Two types of acrylic resin cylinders with diameters of 8 mm or 10 mm and a height of 10 mm were used as binary disks. The binary disks were randomly packed into the vessel with an aspect ratio of 8. The dead weight of 20kgw was set on the top of the vessel. The stress relaxation was observed with increasing depth. The disk contact networks defined by connecting the centers of the contact disks were obtained by changing the percentage of 10 mm disk from 0 to 100 in binary disks. The distributions of coordination number were obtained by analyzing the disk contact networks.
