中波大電力送信機の変遷と信頼性管理  [in Japanese] Reliability management of the old and new large power medium wave transmitters  [in Japanese]

Abstract

中波送信機は,時代と共に真空管式のグリッド変調方式からプレート変調方式に代わり,3倍調波を利用した高能率増幅器を経て,音声をPWM増幅する固体化増幅方式へと移行した.近年では,デジタル処理型の中波送信機が主流であり,多数の固体化増幅器を数百台タンデム合成して高効率で大電力を得ている.本論文では,中波大電力の真空管送信機とデジタル処理型送信機を測定の視点から比較して,従来から行っている測定方法の意味を信頼性管理の立場から評価した.

Medium wave vacuum tube transmitter has been changed from grid modulation type to the plate modulation. High efficiency transmitter adopted third harmonics carrier with the amplification in the transmitter. The Solid state transmitter come into action to the PWM (pulse width modulation) for the modulation amplifier. Lately almost medium wave transmitters are adopted the digital processing type which combined multi PAs (Power Amplifier) by using tandem combiner. This paper discussed the liability management for the system testing method compare with the vacuum tube and the digital processing large power medium wave transmitters.
