Abstract
一腹部超音波検査に求められる腹腔内諸臓器の立体解剖を効率良く学習するための模型を作成した。肝の上縁から腎臓までの上腹部体軸断面模型で肝臓・胆嚢・膵臓等を対象とし個々に分割・再度組み立て可能, 肝臓については更に8分割 (クイノー分類) を設けた。超音波検査で実質臓器の同定の指標となる動脈・静脈・門脈・胆管を模型の中心骨格とし, これに肉付けをして上腹部全体の再構成をした。材料は針金や発砲スチロール・紙など市販の日常品材料で着色を施したものであるが・すでに腹部超音波検査行っているものにとっても, 極めて有効な教鰍料であると思われた。
In order to understand hepatic hilus anatomy in studying of abdominal ultrasonography especially employing Couinor 's classification of liver, we have tried to design a model composed of several organs in upper abdomen, including liver, gallbladder, pancreas etc. Althogh it was manufactured with. commonly used materials like wire, polystyrene foam, paper andclay, we could easily understand hepatic hilus anatomy in studying of ultrasonographic examination by using this model. We would have confidence that our trial model might be so useful and convenient in studying abdominal anatomy for various ultrasonographic examiners.
