抄録
In this paper report, with the objective of studying the materials used in Encaustics, certain tests have been done to collect qualitative data that determine the visual and physical elements of each material. Those tests were relative transparency test, color value measurement test, tensile test, and hardness test. From the result of those tests, compare to the Bees Wax and Bees Wax White recommended by painting technique writings, recently developed Paraffin-155 and PALVAX-1230 have higher quality in visual and physical aspects.
