Let us explain the meaning of "intelligent systems and innovative computation". In past, the control was defined for system that act basing on the input of scalor or the many variables. But, in future, the input is not only the signal, but it will be the image. Then the decision making not base on the much information, but on the rouge image. That is, much information are abandoned and little information are used. How humanity do summary and condense the information. This is the meaing of "intelligent system". The innovative computation include "soft computation" and "hard computation". The soft means synthesisely the each field of the fuzzy theory, the nural network and probability theory, The soft computation not necessary higher precision. In the decision making, there are the applications by the hard of the big computer using higher precision or by the hard of the pocket computer using the lower precision. The hard computting means the former and the soft computting means the latter. This paper will include 1) artificial inteligence and speech recognition, 2) probabilistic model, 3) new direction (neural network).
