右気管支の分岐異常を伴つた肺腺癌の1手術例  [in Japanese] Adenocarcinoma Resected by Partial Lobectomy of the Lung in Patient with Anomalous Tracheobronchial Branching  [in Japanese]

59歳女性,上下葉間不全分業及び気管支分岐異常,すなわち,右B^6_aとB^6_<b+c>の独立分岐を示した喘息合併肺癌症例に対して,S^6_a亜区域及びS^2, S^6_<b+c>部分切除を行った。右気管支B^6の独立分岐は非常に稀と思われる。

A 59-year-old woman was admitted to Kitasato University Hospital for further examination because of an abnormal shadow found in the chest X-ray. The small, hazy shadow appeared in the mid-sinistral field of the X-ray picture. Chest CT scan and tomography showed an abnormal branching of the segmental bronch in the upper lobe of the right lung. Curretage performed through a bronchofiberscope at B^6_a disclosed adenocarcinoma. We removed the right S^6_a subdivision and partially resected the right S^2 and S^6_<b+c> tertiary segments. The independent branching of B^6_a and B^6_<a+b> found in this case is an extremely rare anomaly.
