附属農場蔬菜園における雑草の発生  [in Japanese] Survey on Weed Emergence of the Vegetable Fields in Experimental Farm, Faculty of Horticulture, Chiba University  [in Japanese]

附属農場蔬菜園の雑草防除の基礎資料をうるために,雑草の発生の実態について1971年から1980年の間にわたって調査した.(1)雑草の発生本数は敷わら,黒色のポリエチレンフィルムマルチ栽培のものが少なく,拾い草は雑草の発生を少なくした.(2)雑草の種類は7科11種観察され,ハキダメギク,イヌビュ,メヒシバ,オヒシバが優占雑草であった.

The weed emergence in vegetable fields from 1971 to 1980 was investigated in order to make its proper control. (1) Number of weeds emerged during cropping period was lower in straw or black vinyl film mulch culture system than in clean culture system. The importance of removal of remaining weeds by hand could be emphasized on weed control. (2) On the field, 7 families and 11 species of weeds were observed. The most dominant weeds were limited to 4 species: Galinsoga ciliata (RAF.) BLAKE, Amaranthus lividus L., Digitaria ciliaris (RETZ.) KOELER, Eleusine indica (L.) GAERTN.
