In the previous paper, we reported about the first year's results of the national scale questionnaire survey. In this paper, based on energy consumption data of thousand of households over two years, a comparison of annual amounts of energy consumption was made for each usage. The influences of various factors, such as district, housing type, number of household members, number of appliances, and behavior for energy-saving were also studied. Furthermore, statistical analysis was performed to study quantitatively the effect of each factor related to housing and households on energy consumption.
