14-6 MUSEデコーダ用出力処理LSIの開発 Development of Output Process LSI for MUSE Decoder

This paper describes about Output Signal Processor LSI for MUSE decoder, which is successflly deveroped by NEC Corporation. The function of LSI is GBR-Matrix, enhancer, character inserter, and tre-levelSYNC generater using digital signal processing. The specification of LSI is 132-pin PGA package, 1.1Watts power, 1.2μm rule of CMOS process.
