Digital modulation scheme for satellite ISDB was studied. Performances of TCM8PSK/QPSK modem in nonlinear and band limited channels were measured by indoor experiments. These results were good agreement with those obtained in computer simulation. It was confirmed that TCM8PSK could be employed in DBS channel for more efficient spectrum usage than QPSK.
