4-16 D-2 VTRの可変速再生信号処理用動き検出方式 Motion Detecting Method for Nonstandard Speed Play of D-2 VTR

We have developed a new motion detecting method for nonstandard speed play of a composite VTR. We introduce a new technique using temporal filter for nonstandard speed play and motion detection by level comparison. A picture quality in nonstandard speed play of VTR has been improved by using this method and motion-adaptive inter-field signal processing.
