Abstract
When the elevation angle becomes 30° or more, clear diurnal variation characteristics appear in scintillation phenomena. The measurement was carried out at the different three places by using same Ku band satellite. The diurnal variation characteristics of scintillation have the good correlation with atmospheric temperature at the different three places.
