Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to analyze a survey conducted on students of Hakodate National College of Technology to investigate the tendencies shown in their health levels and life habits with respect to school year, gender and physical activities. Our research shows that health levels tend to decrease as school year increases. The higher the academic year, the less preferable the health levels and life habits male students tend to have. According to the integrated judgment the number of students who need urgent attention increases, and the number who enhance their school life decreases. Furthermore both male and female students who have continuing physical exercise show superiority in both health levels and in life habits to the ones who don't. Most of those who have kept exercising are categorized as the enhancement type in the integrated judgment.
