Abstract
In this essay, I try to explore that simulation exercise reinforce the limitation of conventional individualistic approaches to disability. This essay also tries to review how the simulation exercises in Japan go on and to find some new style by analyzing disability equality training in UK. Simulation exercises focus on not only impairment but also problems and difficulties. Not only that, this simulation do not have the idea of political minority, live in highly discriminatory society, unequal power and relationships. We need changes in both education and practice which achieve relevant and high quality services for disabled people. Disability equality training have potential or social change because disability equality training stems from social model, which was developed from world wide movement of disabled people. Though there are many issues to be solved that I mentioned at section 4, and also it is really difficult for professional worker to shift the power in relationships between disabled people and them, I think one of the goals of disability equality trainings is to change the power in relationship from conventional to the new one.
