Abstract

図書館関係者向けに行った講演をベースに,図書館がWeb2.0に対応するためにとるべき方策を論じる。前半部ではWeb2.0とは何か,という問いをBlogやRSS, SNSの具体例を紹介しながら論じ,Web2.0における重要概念であるCGMの意義を述べる。後半部では,図書館は依然としてWeb2.0以前の段階にあり,Web2.0に対応していくには,利用者を巻き込んだサービス像の転換が必要であることを指摘する。その上で一例として貸出記録を活用することで,オンライン書店Amazonに比肩する図書館サービスの実現可能性を示唆し,そのために図書館が乗り越えるべき課題を指摘する。

This article discusses how libraries should make their policy and tactics in the age of "Web2.0". Part I focuses on "What is Web2.0?" with examples of Blog, RSS and SNS. Part II points out library service should be shifted into user participation model. Finally, it shows possibility for libraries to offer library service on web as seen on Amazon.com.
