This study focuses on re-investigating the Method of Sphere Establishment on the Local Facility Planning. The purpose of this paper is to show the connection extends of City-Town-Villages with the conditions of Facility and Service Sphere. As a result, we made that clear quantitatively with the easy method called Connection Power between City-Town-Villages.
