Reading the City-Country-Village Consolidation becomes the present condition of a living sphere, and the clue which draws the sphere setting method of an institution further. The present condition of an administrative sphere is grasped by investigating the circumstances and present condition for the large Consolidation of Heisei. Furthermore, the problem which each cities, towns and villages hold is arranged, and it is shown clearly whether the administrative sphere is determined by what factor.
