Abstract
Movement of the center of gravity of a human body was presumed by observations from the front and the side in a state of walking, competitive walking, jogging and running at full speed. The center of gravity was acquired by 21 coordinates of characteristic points of a human body, as a function of the height and the weight of the object. As a result, the horizontal location of the center of gravity from the landing point was found to be different from that in walking motions and that in running actions. A forward-bent posture was also turned out to be related to a location of the center of gravity.
