This report introduces the development of the new muffling device. Protection of the environment is needed on a road near the urban areas. The noise measures are one of those. The road tunnel in the urban areas part sets up the ventilating station for protection of the environment. As for the ventilating station, because the site is restricted, a complex duct is planned. Therefore, the corner vanes which both the reduction of the pressure loss, and the noise measures purposes filled was developed.
