To conserve natural ecosystem and coexist with nature, the authors have proposed a new type hydraulic turbine, named "Gyro-Type Hydraulic Turbine" composed of the blades with high aspect ratio. The rotational torque, output and flow conditions in the representative water circumstance were discussed in the previous reports. Continuously, in this report, the effects of the submerged position of the rotor on turbine characteristic are discussed with the experiment results.
