Abstract
This paper presents the result of static pressure distribution measurements on the surfaces of endwall and rim-side wall of a nozzle ring. The measurements were performed with an axial flow model turbine that consists of a nozzle ring and a rotating disk equipped pin blades, and with a constant disk cavity gap. The location of the pin blade has been changed under a constant blade Reynolds number. The pressure distribution characteristic to discuss the possibility of the main flow enrolment to the disk cavity was clarified through the study.
