Abstract
CFD simulations were performed to study an internal flow of an inducer of a rocket engine turbopump. The effect of the casing geometry on the internal flow structure in the inducer was examined comparing with experiments. It was found that a slight modification of the casing geometry strongly affected the flow structure around the inlet region such as backflows and vortices.
