When a designer confronts a difficult design problem which cannot be solved only with his/her own knowledge, it is necessary to amplify it by introducing new perspectives and ideas for design. The authors have been developing a integrated computer aided design system for creative design. In this report, the authors propose a knowledge description framework which enables computers to analogize a bit of knowledge to another in a different field. Additionally, a tagging method of knowledge by RDF/XML and the implement of an editing tool for the method are mentioned in this report.
