In this report, we perform 4-dimensional cardiac MR tagged imaging with real time ECG and retrospective respiratory gating followed by k-t space interpolation. After retrospective respiratory gating, k-space data set of several cardiac phases were obtained. However, each k-space data has temporal skew because data acquisition time is not identical between different phase encoding lines. It may result in lower tag contrast. By k-t space interpolation, temporal skew could be corrected. We show the obtained 4d image data set by proposed method and show that tag contrast remains during whole cardiac cycle on the obtained images and our previously proposed tag detection method was successfully applied to these data.
