Novel Mycelial Components, Ganoderic Acid Mg, Mh, Mi, Mj and Mk, from the Fungus Ganoderma lucidum(Organic Chemistry)

Abstract

Five novel V_<30> triterpenoids, ganoderic acids Mg (10), Mh (11), Mi (12), Mj (13) and Mk (14), were isolated from the mycelial mat of a G. lucidum strain, which produces C_<27> incidenic acids in the fruiting body. Their structures were determined by spectroscopic analysis and chemical conversion.
