ICタグとデータ検索システムを用いた大学事務室における備品監査の実証実験 : 2次元バーコード、帳簿による備品監査との比較(第4部 学術論文,情報化の視点からみた建築・都市のフロンティア)  [in Japanese] Verification test of goods inspection at university office by using goods-management data-base reference system with IC tag : Comparison with goods inspection by using system with 2-dimensional bar code data and by books(New Frontiers of Architecture and Urbanism in Information Driven Society)  [in Japanese]

After experiment at university office, we made difference clear between goods inspection by books (=BI) and by data-base reference system (=DBRS) using IC tag data and 2-dimension bar code (2-d) data as follows. 1) Time required for inspection is almost same. 2) In BI, many subjects search by "name", neither by "maker" nor "size" data. 3) In DBRS, almost all subjects use 1C tag data first, but after inspection progresses, they became to use 2-d data. 4) In DBRS, when subjects can't search goods location, many of them use location search system (neither photograph nor storage space data).
