公立中学校教員のバーンアウト・プロセスモデルの検討 The Process Model of Burnout among Junior High School Teachers
The purpose of this study is to examine a model of burnout process among junior high school teachers. A questionnaire survey was carried out to 499 junior high school teachers. The models about relations among three factors of burnout and four factors of School Personal Relationships Stressor were examined by structural equation modeling (SEM). The results were as follows : (1) The Leiter (1993) model, which predict that emotional exhaustion influences depersonalization and reducibility of personal accomplishment, was most consistent with the data. (2) The School Personal Relationships Stressor, especially factors in relation to students, their parents and coworkers, affected and influenced junior high school teachers' burnout.
