Abstract
雇用状況の変化に対応する社会保障制度にはいくつかのものがあるが、基本所得制度はそのうちの一つである。基本所得制度については活発な議論が続いているが、その根拠の問題についてはあまり検討されていない。基本所得制度の前提問題として法律的な問題と基礎理論的な問題を解決する必要がある。
There are somethings in a social security system corresponding to an employment turn of events, and a basic income system is one of those. An active argument continues about this, but it is not often (to be) examined a problem of the grounds. We have to solve the problem about the its legitimate problem and grounds.
