欧米におけるHCI教育の動向  [in Japanese] New Directions of HCI Education in US and European Countries  [in Japanese]

Abstract

利用者の視点に立ったより使いやすい製品を開発するには,ヒューマン・コンピュータ・インタラクション(HCI)の専門家からの視点が重要だといわれている.このような状況の中,企画段階から開発プロジェクトに参加し,さまざまな専門分野の人たちと協調してプロジェクトを推進できるHCI専門家の養成が求められている.本稿では,日本におけるHCI教育のさらなる改善に役立つ情報を提供することを目的とし,2006年にアメリカの4大学とヨーロッパの2大学のHCI教育を視察した内容をまとめ,各大学のカリキュラムの特徴,実践的教育を中心に解説する.
