Abstract
The pneumatic equipment much kinds of equipment is made, and the composition of the flow of the equipmentinside is also various. From the viewpoint of the energy saving, it is important to know aerial flow rate which flows in respect of the equipment. Though flow rate evaluation test method of the pneumatic equipment is regulated at JISB8390, this standard is based on the in-line testing method. In the equipment of which upstream pressure and downstream pressure are small like the pipe fitting, it is difficult to apply this standard. It is necessary to carry out the flow rate evaluation by other test method. The discharge test by the isothermal tank was carried out, and the flow characteristic of pipe fitting was evaluated. It was confirmed that as the result, there were small air consumption on this test method, and that it is an effective test method in order to measure simultaneously, sonic conductance and critical pressure ratio.
