This study works about a development of the reciprocating pump with buoyant force by manual operation. And this report presents results of the theoretical analysis of the pump. The theory shows that a finite ratio between a diameter of the cylinder and a diameter of the plunger, can make the operating load to be light. And this pump has a very high suction head more than twenty meters by manual operation.
