Various apparatus and equipments are used in hospital and welfare institutions. One of them, a large-size tray carrying car with function of keeping warm and cold is demanded from the needs of a sanitation side and a comfortable side. Therefore, the accident of the car is trend to happen more and more seriously by the increase in size and weight of the car. This report pays cautions to the performance of a low speed of the car. It proposes the safety system that prevents a person from being injured by braking and large deformation of the shock absorber, which is reversible.
