抄録

The paper describes a procedure for development of high frequency shaker. The servo feedback system is composed of steady-state deviation compensator and stabilization compensator in addition to controlled object. The former is obtained by internal model principle, and the latter's parameters are identified by optimal control. Bilinear Z-transform changes continuous-time system into discrete-time system. We use this discrete-time system and perform experiments with RTLinux.
