抄録
Large wheel load often tend to be observed by increasing high frequency wheel load variation, in case that trains run fast. Especially, large wheel load is measured at the division of which either short wavelength track irregularity or roughness of rail surface is large. The irregularity and roughness should be kept at satisfactory level in terms of riding quality and running safety. However, it is difficult to measure the wheel load variation with low measuring cost. Therefore, this study examines the technique to predict wheel load variation by measuring axlebox acceleration.
