Abstract
本稿は、不動貯金銀行「内規」の研究である。不動銀行の経営理念である「大黒天信仰とニコニコ主義」どのように内規に表現されているかを見た。そこで、他の貯蓄銀行の内規と比較を行った。また、新経済体制下で行われた内規の改定について検討を加えた。
The purpose of this work is to investigate how the Fudo Saving Bank Philosophy appeared in the company rules. This is a comparative study of the rules of the Fudo Bank and the rules of the other savings bank. And this work examines how the rule was revised by the policies of the new economics structure.
