Abstract

気道アレルギー疾患の代表はアレルギー性鼻炎と気管支喘息である.症状,鼻汁や喀痰の細胞診(好酸球の検索),気道過敏性の検査などからこれらの疾患の診断はつけられる.治療の一環としてもアレルゲン検索が必要であるが,どのようにしてアレルゲンの推定,決定を行うか解説したい.
