電子空間における口コミ行動が情報ネットワークリソースに与える影響予測  [in Japanese] A prediction method of the effect of online word-of-mouth on information network resources  [in Japanese]

ここ数年,消費者発信型メディア(CGM)と呼ばれるサービスが急速に普及した.我々は,インターネットを介して個人の所有情報を他者と共有可能となり,情報が広く,高速に伝播される環境を手に入れた.我々の環境の変化は,"検索"と"共有"という行動を含むAISASと呼ばれる行動パターンを発生させている.この行動パターンにより,検索行動を起こす消費者から特定サイトへアクセスが集中し,インターネット回線やサイトへ想定外の負荷がかかる場合がある.そこで本研究では,消費者の検索行動が情報ネットワークリソースへ与える影響を考察するために,(1)消費者間のヒューマンネットワークを考慮した情報伝播過程の表現,(2)(1)がネットワークに与える負荷の分析,を行う.

Consumer Generated Media (CGM) describes a variety of new and emerging sources of online information that are created, initiated, circulated and used by consumers intent on educating each other about products, brands, services, personalities and issues. CGM refers to any number of online word-of-mouth vehicles, including but not limited to: consumer-to-consumer e-mail, postings on public Internet discussion boards/forums, Usenet newsgroups, consumer ratings web sites or forums, blogs, social networking web sites and individual web sites. Once a web site gets the top rating by the online word-of-mouth, the number of accesses to the web site increases rapidly and then causes congestion phenomenon and then the site to shut down. In this paper, the authors present a prediction method of the effect of on-line word-of-mouth on information network resources.
