This paper considers the change of the samurai's premises in Minami-Sannomaru with 'FUKUIZUUKA-EZU'. The number of the premises is 18 pitu in Keicho 18 years, and it is 13pitu at the late of Edo period. As for the allotment of the premises, on the Gebamon-Mae turned big between Manji two years and Keicho 18 years, and on the Urushimon-Nai it changed big at two time up to Manji 2 years and up to Jokyo 2 years. As for premises substitute, the Gebamon-Mae was performed from two cases to three cases, the other the Urushimon-Nai was frequent through the Edo era.
