It has already been clear that in a prefabricated rental apartment, the tenants are mostly young nuclear families. Another fact, which has become clear this time is that a prefabricated rental apartment is being built in only the rezoning areas in Kanazawa. It may be that the average age in the rezoning areas is lower than that of the other areas in Kanazawa under the circumstances. This is a problem that expands the gap of ages among the areas.
