アルヴァ・アールトのマイレア邸における内外空間の関係性について(計画系)  [in Japanese] On the Relation of the Inside Space and the Outside Space in Alvar Aalto's Villa Mairea  [in Japanese]

In this paper, we tried to clarify the relation between the inside space and the outside space in Villa Mairea. We tried to consider its spatial composition on two characteristics of Aalto's works, by which we found the view point of the arrangement of the volumes and the method of using materials. As a result, there are two cores--the main room and the courtyard in Villa Mairea. The inside space--the main room and the outside space--the courtyard formed the relation of the proximity in Villa Mairea. Then the flower garden formed the relation of the continuity between the inside space and the outside space in Villa Mairea.
