抄録

The land reajustment project is one of the urban development projects and prepares new building sites. However, decreasing demand for housing and hollow suburbs have been problems of cities in recent years. Therefore it is necessary to examine the effectiveness of the new building site preparation in the recent land reajustment project. Moreover understanding the actual situation of the usage of building sites is a pressing matter for the city administration. In this paper, it has become clear that the number of the built-up activities does not decrease in the recent land reajustment project areas.
