レベルセット法に基づく構造最適化は,境界の更新を移流方程式に帰着して行うため,基本的には形状最適化の方法である.それゆえ,許容領域の境界条件の設定法如何によっては,最適化時間に対して,許容領域境界上の物体領域境界が,固定されてしまう問題を生じる.本研究では,このような問題を解決するため,レベルセット関数の新しい境界条件の設定法を提案し,その方法の有効性を検証する.
Structural optimization based on the level set method is a relatively new type of structural optimization that implicitly represents the outlines of a target structure, and allows topological changes as well as shape changes during the optimization process. One current major issue concerning this optimization method is that material boundaries in the admissible domain are unintentionally fixed when the level set function is updated, and as a result, inappropriate optimal configurations are obtained. To mitigate this problem, this paper proposes a new boundary setting method incorporating Dirichlet boundary conditions for the level set function.
