We have improved the coffee beans selection machine. To keep the quality of coffee,the coffee beans are selected. The coffee beans selection machine consists of the CCD video cameraand PC with built-in video capture board. The quality distinction of the coffee beans are done withthe image processing software in PC. In this report, the quality distinction technique that usedtwo or more color information was examined. As results of the experiment, best color informationfor the quality distinction was able to be obtained.
