抄録

The medicine and food factory have continuous risk of contamination. Its main cause is a pest. So we have estimated a risk of the pest by following investigations. 1) A contamination accident in medicine and food factory was investigated about 10,000 cases. 2) A pest was captured in 17 kinds of environments. As a result, the pest contamination risk is influenced greatly by a handling item and environment. We developed the software that when the handling item and environment are input, the kind of pest and their outbreak method are output. Using this software, we can prevent a highrisk pest, and reduce a contamination.
